Cancellation Policy

At Tint My Ride LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality window tinting and automotive services. Due to the nature of our work—custom, labor-intensive, and permanently applied—all sales are final. No returns, no refunds, and no exceptions. 1. All Sales Final Once a service has been booked, paid for, or performed, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to: Window tint services Vinyl wraps Paint protection film Detailing or any add-on services Custom labor or material-based work 2. No Returns or Refunds Because products and materials are cut and installed specifically for each customer’s vehicle, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including changes of mind, dissatisfaction with shade selection, or vehicle condition issues discovered during installation. 3. Warranty (If Applicable) If Tint My Ride LLC provides a manufacturer or installation warranty, it applies only to defects covered under the stated warranty terms. Warranty service does not constitute a refund, return, or exchange. 4. Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for: Choosing their tint shade or product type Understanding state tint laws Ensuring their vehicle is in proper condition for installation Tint My Ride LLC is not responsible for citations or legal issues related to tint laws. 5. Appointment Cancellations / Rescheduling Deposits may be non-refundable. If offered, rescheduling is at the discretion of Tint My Ride LLC and must be requested within the time frame stated at booking.
